Siân Maund at ADLAW provided a service unlike any other I have experienced in about 40 years of occasional dealings with solicitors.  The setting is personal and informal; one is put at ease immediately. She explains legal jargon clearly and spent a long time exploring our specific needs and aiding us in clarifying our thoughts. I think there is a lot I had not understood in my previous Will. Her approach is thoughtful and thorough. The Will evolved as various considerations cropped up allowing us eventually to reach a final draft that satisfied everyone. She certainly seems to have great expertise in this field. I contacted Sian on behalf of my Nan (who is in her 90s). Sian visited us at home and talked very clearly and patiently with Nan. She made it very clear that it was my Nan who was her utmost concern, ensuring she spoke with Nan alone, whilst sensitively respecting Nan's wishes for support. It was a bit daunting for Nan to be dealing with legal affairs and she has been very relieved how smoothly everything went.
